You are required to send the item to the shipping address the buyer gave at checkout*. Do NOT send it anywhere else. You can offer to cancel the transaction (refunding the buyer) at his/her request and relist it so s/he can re-buy it and put the correct address in at checkout (*or when s/he makes an offer or bid that is required to have payment pre-authorized, there are "change" links for the shipping address and payment method in the bid/offer confirmation screen for those).
It might not even be the buyer. Scammers send messages to recent sellers of expensive items pretending to be the buyer requesting an address change and hoping the seller doesn't notice s/he is not the buyer. Be sure to compare the usernames before you take any action.
