Buyer requested to cancel order, then bids on same item after relisting.

Question

I had an item up for auction that was won by someone for $150.00. I was not paid within 3 days so I sent a second invoice to them. Then, 2 days later they request the auction be cancelled due to medical reasons. The auction was cancelled and relisted. Now, the very same bidder has won the relisted item at a price of $117.00. Do I cancel this last auction or do I have to complete the sale? And how do I contact eBay about this ?

Yes you have to complete the sale if s/he pays. Why didn't you add him/her to your Blocked Bidder/Buyer List the first time s/he didn't pay?
