Buyer requested to cancel order - left negative feedback because I cancelled the order
As stated in the title, a buyer requested for me to cancel the other. I opened the app to see his order and in red at the top it said quote “Buyer requested a cancellation.â€
I proceeded to cancel the order .. as requested, only for the buyer to message me angrily as to why I cancelled the order.
The buyer then left negative feedback over this, what can I do? Screenshots removed by moderator - personal details, please help!

OP2 years agoI disputed the negative feedback but I received a generic reply & I cannot add attachments to show I only canceled the order because the buyer requested me to do so.
