I don't see a way to cancel the shipping label. Will I be charged for it?

You will not get any notification, you will just see a credit in your payouts under shipping label

You will be charged for it. You can cancel any label expect for the standard envelope (for card, stamps, etc).

Go to Track and manage your shipments in Seller Hub or Manage shipping labels in My eBay.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.

The refund takes about 3 weeks.
