Buyer requested that I change the shipping address
Buyer received information directly from EBay that the seller can change the shipping address without canceling order. How do you do this?

If you are the Seller message the Buyer back and advise them that what eBay did not mention is that a Sellers loses their Seller protection if they ship to a different address. Also, the rep may have failed to mention that eBay EXPECTS Sellers to ship to the address on file at the time of order.
Let the Buyer know that if they message you back asking for a cancellation that you will cancel (without penalty) and relist the item so the Buyer can put the correct or desired address on file and purchase again.
