Buyer requested return due to perfume odor on garment
Please let me know the rules regarding return requests due to perfume odors on garments.
I do not accept returns unless the item is not as described, and the buyer requested a return due to a defect with the top she purchased from me several weeks ago. She claims the defect is a strong perfume odor. I know that the top did not have a perfume odor since I do not use perfume at all, so this claim is false.
