Buyer requested refund to return item but never returned item
Buyer stated that my listing was “not as described†and that I needed to review eBay’s rules and regulations. The item purchased was clearly depicted in the photos, and my description was very clear on the condition of the used item. Buyer requested a refund, and even though I felt it was unjust, I decided to graciously refund their purchase if they sent the item back. They did not return the item. I would like eBay to investigate the transaction.

I’d also like the option to leave negative feedback on buyers that try to swindle sellers.

it sounds like your buyer opened a case with eBay. If it’s been 35 days and the item hasn’t been returned, the case will automatically be closed without any consequence to you. If the buyer does return the item and the claim is incorrect you can refute the return reason and report the buyer. This could limit or remove their account in the future.
