Buyer requested pkg be held at a postal office
Buyer requested pkg that USPS tried to deliver to her address be returned to postal office for pick up instead. She has not yet picked it up. I am the seller. Should I be concerned?

As long as you shipped to the address on the Order Details page, you don't have anything to be concerned about.
If the buyer doesn't pick up the package within 2 weeks or so, the post office may return it to you. If they do, once you get it back, you can refund for the item price, not including shipping.
