Buyer requested I call him. How do I report him
Shipping shows item was delivered by USPS. Buyer is not happy and requested through ebay email
that I call him. I don't want to hear from him as I go by ebay rules. It may also be a scam

Provide the buyer a link to the tracking on the carrier's website to show him the carrier scanned the item at delivery. If he has further questions, advise him to contact the carrier to ask them to check their GPS for exact location where package was left.
If the package was stolen after delivery, you have no liability for that, nor does the carrier.
