"Fam, I'm so excited and can't wait for the delivery!!P.S. l need to get the package on my current location and I’m giving you the details here (see the screenshot) and please include every single thing you see there 👇ðŸ½Also, if not bothered, once you've printed the label, could you please send me a picture of it?Thank you in advnace and have a nice day!"
Sent them a message that I wasn't able to ship to another address and I will wait to see if they cancel the order. I appreciate your feedback. Thank you!
Never ship to an address other than the one shown on the order. A couple things to check:
Is the request to change the address from the same buyer username as the order? Sometimes other users will attempt to get you to redirect an order, but they actually aren't the ones that ordered it and have nothing to do with the original order. If the buyer username doesn't match the one sending you the message, report the message and simply ship the order to the address on the label.
If the usernames are the same, then inform the buyer that in order to qualify for eBay's seller protection, you must ship to the address on the order, but you can cancel the order and allow them to place another order for the same item using the correct address. You can cancel the order with the reason "Problem with Buyer's Address" and won't be penalized for doing so, if they agree to that.
If there's anything else odd about this or you're unsure about any of that, come back and let us know!
