buyer requested different shipping address
After I received payment for my item, the buyer requested that I ship to another address from the one listed in his account. Also said they have a different email address. This feels wrong to me, but I have payment. Should I ship to the new address?

Mentor2 years agoNo do not edit the address. Cancel the transaction for an address problem, which will auto refund and relist for the buyer to purchase again with the correct address.

·2 years agoNo. Even if it is not a scammer pretending to be the buyer, you are required to ship to the address given at Checkout.
If you are sure it is the real buyer you can offer to cancel for a problem with the address and relist.
