I had a buyer purchase an item. They asked to cancel the item after they had the winning bid because they didn't want to pay $40 for shipping. I informed them if they picked a different shipping service it would only be $15. I was waiting to here back from them and when I signed in the order was cancelled but I never authorized the cancellation. What are my options?
