Buyer requested a return
Buyer received the item as pictured, but complained that the slab it was in had glue from the tape on it. Even though I didn't sell the slab and just enclosed the currency in it for protection I offered to send a new slab. The buyer still requested a refund and I agreed. As soon as the refund was issued the buyer e-mailed me that he had changed his mind and would be keeping the Bill. The refund was issued but I never received my 1923 Large one dollar bill back. Why E-bay would issue a refund before the item was returned I don't understand. Now E-bay says the case is closed and I'm out of $80.00 and my item. Please see what if anything can be done. I think this buyer should be band from E-bay. Now he has my item and the funds.
