Buyer requested 4/17 ship date
The buyer added a note to the sold item to ship after 4/17, Ebay is saying i missed the deadline. Not sure what to do

Mentor1 year agoYou must ship within your stated shipping time or you will receive a defect on your account. Sellers cannot hold shipments, even if the buyer requests it. The buyer could have had their mail held. Explain this to your buyer and let them know this harms your seller account. I would cancel the transaction and ask them to purchase at a later date.
