buyer request to ship to a different address
A buyer has requested to have me ship their purchase to a different address than on their profile - is that okay?

Mentor1 year agoBuyers can have you ship to any address they want as long as the address is provided on payment. You do not accept any address change provided in a message after payment has been made as this can be part of a scam. If this is how the new address was given to you then you can cancel the sale and relist for the buyer to repurchase and use the new address when paying. Let the buyer know you are doing this so they are not surprised.
