Buyer request to cancel then change mind and now want to cancel again
Had a buyer who put in a cancellation request which I will allow always but then they send another message to cancel the cancellation request so I deny it per them. One day later, they want to cancel again and said that they will request a return if I ship it. Now I have no option to cancel the order. I don't want to use the send a refund option or is that the only way now? Thanks.

OP5 months agoOk thank you for the advice, I'll try the send a refund and see how it goes. Luckily it's not a crazy expensive item, under $100.

OP5 months agoSo if I do Send a Refund, what do I do with the order? Leave it alone or mark as ship? Now if I mark it as ship, if the buyer file a Not receive case, will eBay auto refund them since no tracking number is available and they will get double refund? Thanks.

There can't be a double refund.
I guess you could send the refund, see what happens.
If the order is still there waiting to be shipped, mark it as shipped.

Ugh, I'm sorry that happened.
You can't cancel now. You can use Send A Refund
