Buyer request to cancel
A buyer request to cancel. Order was packaged and postage paid. I was able to void the label but seem to be unable to cancel order now. Every time i go thru the seller hub it said cancelation already exists. Then I see a message banner at the top telling me you let us know that item has already shipped a that you can no longer cancel this order. Im a new seller very confused. What should I do? Now ebay is reminding me to ship order. I’m guess purchase another label and ship to customer? Help
