Buyer request for refund denighed case closed without consent
I requested a refund from a seller the eBay refund request for a dysfunctional item. After a couple of days the seller denighed my request WITHOUT explanation and closed out my case request. Where is the justice for the buyer? Is eBay really only protecting the sellers now?
