Buyer request for refund because he was wrong about the size

Question

I sold an expensive watch and it was accurately described in my listing. The buyer is requesting a refund because he said he had a miscommunication with his girlfriend over the size. I listed that I don't accept refunds (under the usual circumstances). I don't really want to refund the money but I'm worried about poor review. This is my first return request that definitely is not my fault. Helpful advice would be appreciated.

@doman-7244 If the buyer selected doesn't fit for the return reason you can decline it since this is a remorse return.

OR you can accept the return and the buyer pays return shipping. Once you get the watch back then you refund the item price only not the outbound shipping.

Let me know if the buyer selected a not as described return reason as that changes your rights as a seller and you MUST accept the return and issue a return shipping label.
