Mentor6 months agoIf the buyer requests the cancellation then the eBay final value fees are refunded to the seller. However, any promotion fees are not refunded and are the sellers responsibility.

Mentor6 months agoIf the buyer requests a cancellation and you can comply (haven't shipped it yet), your fees are credited back to you.
