Buyer request a return/refund but they are not being honest
Summary: teddiestriumph is facing an issue with a buyer on eBay who claims the jeans received are not as described. My issue is that the buyer is stating that the item I sold is not as pictured. This is not accurate. The buyer took a picture of a pair of jeans and is saying that they are the ones I sent to her. This is also not accurate. I sent a darker pair of jeans quite clearly shown in my photo. She is also stating that it says curvy on the inside of the jeans. I triple checked before even posting the jeans and listed them exactly as what they were. Ugh. How can I dispute with eBay? I did send two reports but don’t feel like anyone will even read them? I don’t want to lose out because someone is lying.

Unfortunately these things happen from time to time.
Has the buyer opened a return request? If so
1) Accept the return and issue the label
2) When the item is returned, inspect it to see if they returned your item
If they returned another pair of jeans

In the future, please upload more photos. It's not possible to know what the jeans in your listing are.
