Buyer reports they have not received item
The courier information shows parcel was delivered to a neighbour but they have not provided a house number or any other details. Have asked her to check with any neighbours but not sure what to do next.

You are located in the UK.
You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.co.uk
Go to your local post office with the tracking number and have them check their GPS system to see exactly where the package was delivered. They should attempt to retrieve the package.
There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.
