Buyer reports that postage is due on his package.
Buyer has reported that the post office is holding his package due to postage due. Of the two boxes of similar weight in his order, one has a weight listed on the label of 33 lbs, the other does not have a weight listed but eBay charged him only $7.00 for shipping. About $24 more is due. Was this a mistake made by eBay? Who pays in this case?
