Buyer reports pants were wrong color, advice please
Buyer purchased navy capri pants which were delivered Friday. She messaged me this morning saying she didn’t receive them. Then she says she received them but they were black, not navy.
I have no return policy. And I am positive the NWT pants were navy because I never had a black pair.
How am I supposed to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance!

Image clearly shows the pants are navy, and the title confirms it: Navy CJ Banks Cropped Capri Pants Classic Fit 18W NWT Cotton Blend With Spandex. The buyer now says they received it but it's the “wrong color†- here are your options:
Politely respond and confirm what you shipped
You can reply with something like:
“The item listed and shipped was new with tags in navy, exactly as shown in the photos and stated in the title. I’ve never had this item in black, so I’m confident the correct item was sent.â€
Since you don’t accept returns, you are not required to accept one unless:
The buyer opens a return for "not as described"
Or eBay steps in and decides otherwise

Document everything
Save your listing (https://www.ebay.com/itm/316585980700), buyer messages, and any photos. If eBay gets involved, you’ll need this to support your case.
You have the right to appeal any decision if eBay sides with the buyer and you believe the case was handled unfairly.
