Buyer reporting lost package
Hi. I’m a new seller and shipped an item out to a buyer. The buyer contacted me today and said they did not receive the package. The tracking number shows delivered to a location. How do I move forward?

Mentor5 months agoCopy the tracking information and send it to the buyer. If the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you respond with the tracking number that shows Delivered.
