Buyer removed tag on return
I sold a brand new purse with tag. Buyer returned it but removed the tag that was attached to it. She said she didn’t like the purse. What should I do? I sold the purse for $99. How much should I refund her? The full amount? Or what should I do?

Did the buyer file a Return Request, and what reason did they choose when they filed the Return Request?
