Buyer rejects package - now wants a return
Do I have to refund a buyer if there refuse a package? I don't feel I should have to pay for shipping because they changed their mind.
I can't seem to get help from ebay... the auto respond has not been helpful. Thank you.

Mentor2 years agoThe buyer loses his/her MBG if s/he refuses the package. You can refund item price only.
