buyer refuses to return item
Buyer purchased bookends and wanted to return them. Offered 20.00 refund and it was denied. So, send them back. He received a full refund before the return was completed. Sent buyer label via first class USPS. Buyer says it was not received and suggests I purchase another label. I need help!
