Buyer refuses to return item
I refunded buyer for item because they said it was trimmed but they refuse to return the item what do I do

Mentor1 year agoWhen a buyer files a returns request, you have 2 options. If you agree, you will have ebay send a link to print out a returns shipping label. Buyer prints out the label and sends the item back. When tracking shows Delivered back to you, you have 2 days to refund the buyer. If you do not want the item back, you issue a full refund. No return label is issued. If you sent a full refund, and now want the item returned, you will have to send a return label to the buyer outside of ebay. The easiest is to use pirateship.com, save to a JPG and send via your email client.

Mentor1 year agoNever refund until your item is returned first. Now ebay has no way to help you. If buyer is refusing to return the item even if you send them a prepaid return label, you are pretty much out of luck, short of taking them to court.
