Buyer refuses to pick up at UPS hub because too far away.
What do I do? Buyer does not want to go to the UPS hub that's 45 mins away from his residence. Says he won't. It cost me $52. to send it there correctly, and I don't feel that I should take the monetary hit for his non compliance with ups. Suggestions? Will EBAY make me eat the cost of shipping?

Can't they deliver it to their address?

Mentor3 years agoIf the package comes back to you, you can refund the item price only not including shipping.
Did UPS attempt a delivery but the buyer wasn't there to accept it? If so, the buyer should call UPS to ask them to redeliver.
