Buyer refuses to file for return after receiving wrong card.
The buyer says "hes to busy" says he has the card but says "its not his problem" that a return needs to be initiated.
Ive Told the buyer and explained multiple times after he said he doesnt know how.
Now he stopped responding so I cant get the item back and ship him the correct item he bought.
Is there any way I can get ebay to step in? Because the item he received is greater in value compared to the item he bought.

Mentor1 year agoIf the buyer refuses to file the returns request, there is nothing you can do, nor is there anything ebay can do.
