Buyer Refused to send items I paid for. Then cancelled order

I cannot dispute this nor can i ask for eBay to step in. The situation i am in is preposterous. I am livid because this situation and with the seller.

A full message thread occurred and someone at eBay really should review it.

I feel like my purchase was literally stolen from me. Isn't an auction/item that was paid for a binding agreement?

Additionally, i am unable to leave feedback about the seller or the unilateral decision to cancel the transaction; buyers should be able to know about what occurred.

@fanfare-28 Ebay keeps track of sellers that cancel buyer's orders, and the seller receives a defect from Ebay which affects their seller performance rating.
