Buyer refused to return item after refund

I accidently sent the wrong item. Buyer was first given a FULL refund. Buyer then REFUSED to send the item back after I provided a return shipping label.

Normally sellers do not refund until AFTER they have received the returned item.

Now that the buyer has received a full refund, they are not required to return the item.

Never refund until your item is returned to you. Buyer now has no incentive or obligation to return it and ebay can't do anything about it. Hope you didn't send him the correct item too.
