buyer refused to pay import fees, courier returned the shipment to the seller
hello
iam a seller, international buyer refused to pay import fees, courier contacted him several times abiut fees. Then courier returned the shipment to US and he charge us returned fees . WE loosing money because buyer not responding to couriers .
what is the solution
