Buyer refused package
Hi.
Buyer refused package. It was returned today. Tracking shows sent, package refused and delivered back to me on eBay. I took photos as well before opening. Bundle shirts is all in package untouched. Do I automatically send a refund? Does that ding my feedback? Do I credit shipping as well? I have never had a refused package. Not sure exactly what to do and was searching for newer posts.

Mentor1 year ago@tammypayton You are not required to refund by eBay when a buyer refuses a package it voids their eBay Money Back Guarantee.
However I would refund the item price ONLY and then add the buyer to your blocked bidder list.
If you don't refund then the buyer may go to their funding source and file a charge back.
Send refund is in the drop down menu next to the sold item.
This will not hurt your seller metrics. If the buyer leaves negative feedback you can get it removed.
