Buyer refunded when nothing is wrong with what they got?
Why do buyers get refrunds? Just because they say something doesn't work. They don't even have to prove it.

Mentor4 months agoSince ebay never sees the item that sellers list to sell, whenever a buyer claims that an Item is Not as Described, you have to accept the return, pay for a return shipping label if you want the item back, and refund when tracking shows the item as Delivered back to you.
If you feel the buyer is misusing the Money Back Guarantee, to get free return shipping, you can report the buyer.

Mentor4 months agoEbay has a Money Back Guarantee for buyers. If the buyer files a return request due to a valid reason per the Ebay MBG, such as "didn't work", etc., Ebay will require the seller (you) to approve the return, provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund when the returned item is delivered. If you refused to cooperate with the buyer's return request, Ebay could step in and provide the refund from your funds.

Mentor4 months agoBuyers can get refunds because the never see the actual item until they receive it. eBay allows them this ability since eBay also never sees the items that are listed on the site so they allow the buyer to make the decision if the item is as described of not. It may not seem fair but eBay has been doing this for many years.
