Buyer Refunded and returned item damaged - No communication and 3 attempts to get help from Ebay!
I sold an item on Ebay and sent it out immediately. Buyer stated description was plural and he only got one. I reviewed and agreed. I immediately refunded and sent buyer shipping label. Buyer was unable to print label so he sent my item back in a used Fed Ex envelope cause severe damage to my item and deleting any option to resell. Buyer is radio silenced since. Contacted Ebay 3 times still have not got back with me. I went above and beyond to resolve this situation and slapped in the face by buyer. Has anyone else had this issue and where you able to get recourse with assistance from Ebay?
