Buyer refund
Hello. I just sold a presale Pokemon pack that was listed as a presale in the listing title. The buyer submitted a request for a refund or to add tracking info. I messaged the buyer and explained how a presale works and that I will ship as soon as it arrives. This said, they sent the case to eBay and now I’m down 100 bucks due to a stupid buyer who can’t read titles. Does anybody know if I can get this case reversed?

Mentor6 months agoI doubt that eBay will reverse the refund. Looking at your prior listings for presale items you did not list them correctly. When you list a presale item you need to change the handling time for delivery of the item. You need to account for when the item will be available (not more than 40 days from the sale) so eBay will not allow an "Item not received" case to be opened before the item is available. Since you seem to only say Presale in the title with no date the item will become available in the description this will confuse a buyer.
So since eBay had to force the refund you earned a defect on your account which can hurt a newer seller.
