Buyer redirects item to different address after shipment

I shipped item to address provided by buyer. After shipment buyer redirected to different address. Because item was delivered to different address as originally provided Ebay is holding money

You did everything correctly by shipping to the address on the order.

If the buyer or carrier redirected it after shipment, that can break the delivery confirmation tied to the original address, which is why the funds are on hold.

Go to the order and contact eBay through messaging so they can review it:

Tell them you shipped to the exact address on the order and the redirect was done after shipment. They can manually review the tracking and release the funds.
