Buyer recourse for an International book never delivered
Ordered a somewhat pricey picture book from the UK in early November.
Promptly remitted payment.
Tracking & shipping details given from seller.
My mailing address is a PO Box at major US Post Office.
For some reason address is undeliverable. The package could not be delivered. Never had an issues with international shipping before.
My feedback is 100% for over 25 years with eBay. Cannot receive an refund as it is over their 45 day limit.
Messaged seller with only one reply back stating they are working on it.
What is my recourse? Leave negative feedback? Any counsel would be appreciated.
