If your Buyer opened an Item Not as Described refund request, you will need to accept that request. By accepting it, that should generate a prepaid return label to the Buyer.
Once you have the item back, you can purchase a discounted label on PayPal or Pirateship and send the correct item.
If you send the correct item without having the wrong item back, the Buyer is not obligated to return the wrong item.
