Buyer recieved torn open empty envelope
Buyer states he received a torn open empty envelope. He initiated a return. Now the options seem to be give him the money or give him the money. How do I get help? I reported the buyer for abusing return policy because I felt it should have been a lost/ or not received situation. Not item as not described.

Mentor8 months agoIf they received an open envelope, they DID receive something so they cannot file a refund request due to item not received, they would file a Return Request. Either refund the buyer in full or provide a return shipping label so they can return the empty envelope to you for a full refund.
