buyer recieved item USPS tracking did not update
Buy bought and payed, I shipped the item, It was out for delivery, Buyer was not home so it was waiting for pickup, I told the buyer it was ready for pickup... Buyer confirmed he has recieved the item in chat... My problem is EBAY not giving my payout USPS says I need the buyer to go back and get the package scaned if he still has the shipping lable and bod maybe that would work. Any way I can have ebay confirm with the Buyer that he has recieved the package?

Mentor1 month agoSince you are a new seller, Ebay can place a temporary hold on your payouts for up to 31 days. (although it can be sooner)
