Buyer recieved item, but eBay still says it’s in transit

Question

Hi I have multiple orders that buyers have confirmed with me through messages that they’ve recieved them. But since there’s no tracking eBay thinks it’s still in the shipping process. Is there a way for buyers to mark as recieved so that I can get my funds? Cause my funds are on hold until after delivery confirmation

I see that on at least one of your sold listings that the shipping was via Ebay Standard Envelope. The item that was sold may have fit in a standard envelope, but I doubt it passed the 1/4" maximum depth for an ESE envelope.

ESE shipments often do not get acceptance, travel, or delivered scans, especially if dropped off at P.O. or in a blue mail box.

You may want to consider using USPS first class package service which you can use to send items in Manila or Bubble envelopes and small boxes that will get tracked. The service may cost a bit more but the tracking is more reliable.

@thecoastalvault For items shipped without tracking, ebay may hold the funds up to 30 days.

Ebay relies on tracking information to confirm delivery.
