Buyer receiving item with no liftgate
I sold a large heavy item. I asked the buyer if he has help to receive it since it is going to a residence and the delivery is with a semi trailer. It cannot be taken off the trailer with one person without getting damaged. I asked him if he has help or wants a quote for liftgate delivery. It has been 3 days with no response. I don't want to ship it without a response. eBay just sent me a "Late Shipment" notice. When should I cancel the order if he does not reply?

·1 year agoIs this the radiator you sold on April 10? You sold that with FedEx Ground shipping, not freight. If there were going to be special requirements for shipping, that should have been disclosed in the listing. If the buyer has paid, there shouldn’t - by the way the listing reads - be any reason for the buyer to be looking for messages from you about special requirements. You can NOT invoice the buyer for lift gate service or anything to do with shipping because it was listed as free shipping, and you can’t ask the buyer for anything additional after the sale.
