Buyer received wrong item missort by shipping hub
I have a buyer who purchased an item from me and had it shipped through eBay international shipping. When buyer received their package, it was a completely different item than what they ordered. It appears that the eBay International shipping hub missorted the package and placed the shipping manifest on the wrong package, so whoever else’s package got mixed up with this has my buyer’s item and my buyer had their’s. What would happen in instances like this?

Mentor2 years agoThis will all be taken care of by EIS and nothing further you need to do if you properly labeled the packages correctly to begin with.
