Buyer received wrong item
Shipped item through the international shipping on eBay. Buyer says that it was the wrong item received and pictures show it was. How do I help them get this corrected

Mentor2 years agoAdvise the buyer to open a return for an item not as described. Because you shipped through EIS, eBay will handle the rest. (Likely a refund with no return required.)
