Buyer received the product but ebay says he hasn't yet. Won't pay me for the sale.
Sold a football card. Sent the card via USPS. Card arrived to the buyer - I confirmed this with the buyer. Buyer gave me a great review saying he got the card. The money on the order is still showing on hold because ebay doesn't know it has been delivered. What can the buyer do to show that it has been delivered so I can get my money?

Your money is on hold because as a new/occasional seller, you are subject to payment holds (usually 30 days). Learn how payment holds work here:

OP8 months agoI understand the holding period. This card in particular has been delivered to the buyer but is showing up in ebay as not delivered. The buyer is saying he has no way of saying he received it on his end. He has given me positive feedback on the card saying he got it but ebay still says it has not been delivered. Any idea how the buyer can verify that it has been delivered so the ebay system knows?
