Buyer received the item, but opened case for non received item
Buyer received the item and contacted through Ebay message system and confirmed the item arrived, but had some small defect and requested to cover damage. He also provided some item pictures with previously opened by the customs parcel box. I asked him to return the item and get a refund, but he didn't want to return the item and left me a negative feedback. Then 3 weeks later he opened item not arrived case, because parcel tracking number has been freesed after parcel has been released from customs and doesn't show parcel arrived.
Please help me to resolve a problem
