Buyer received the item, but in tracking says not delivered

Hi, please help! My buyer has received the item last week, but in tracking says that package is sent back to me. Does anyone know that secret customer service phone number where I can call and resolve the problem. Thank you.

There is no secret customer service phone number.

Ebay Customer Service does not have a direct phone line because the agents are each working in different locations.
